How to play
-
1Easy
You see a brand name. Pick its palette from four.
-
2Hard: the other way round
You see a palette. Pick the brand from four names, all with similar colors.
-
3Daily, or play all you like
The daily is three brands, the same for everyone. Easy and Hard are unlimited, five brands a set. Every answer shows the real colors and hex codes.
Look at the second color
Lots of brands share a red. The second color usually tells them apart.
Proportions matter
A thin stripe is an accent; a big block is the main brand color.
Think category
Red and yellow is a fast-food favorite; deep blue is common for banks and tech.
Where do the colors come from?
From each brand’s published brand colors. Brands refresh their colors now and then; if one looks wrong, let us know at contact@swatch.ing.
Is it the same for everyone?
Yes. The daily is: everyone gets the same three brands each day. Easy and Hard pick random brands for every set.
Are these brands involved?
No. Brand names are used only to identify the brands. Swatching isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any brand shown.
