Color space
A defined range of colors with a way of numbering them, like sRGB, Display P3 or CIELAB.
Also called color spaces, colour space
A color space pins down exactly which colors a set of numbers means. rgb(255, 0, 0) is a slightly different red in sRGB than in Display P3.
Color models (RGB, CMYK) describe how colors are built; color spaces (sRGB, Adobe RGB) fix the exact values.
