By uploading an image, you confirm that you have rights to use the image and that it does not violate copyright or contain illegal content.

Images are temporary and deleted shortly after processing.

3. Prohibited Uses

Uploading illegal or harmful content
Violating copyright or intellectual property rights
Attempting to damage, reverse engineer, or overload the site
Bypassing security measures

All site code, branding, design, and functionality belong to Swatching unless otherwise noted. Users may not copy, resell, or redistribute our tools without permission.

Swatching is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or accuracy of extracted colors. We do not control the ads shown by Google AdSense.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swatching is not liable for damages arising from website use, uploaded images, or third-party content including ads.
